Receptionist Wanted!

Do you enjoy and have experience in service? Then the position as a receptionist with our client is something for you!

About the Job

In your role as a receptionist with our client, you will work broadly with service and administration. You will focus on incoming calls and visitors, directing them to the relevant persons and providing them with visitor and parking passes. Basic financial administration will also be part of your tasks.

Your tools will be a phone and a computer, and you will work with:

• incoming calls (switchboard)
• receiving visitors
• sorting and scanning invoices
• mail and contract management
• other general office administration

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing service. You are social and positive, and in your work, you are meticulous and structured. We see that you have good computer and system skills. It is a plus if you have previously worked in some form of service and have education/work experience in finance. This is a job for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and enjoys having many different contacts. You contribute with your personality to ensure that everyone enjoys their work.

About the Employment

The position as a receptionist is an ongoing consulting assignment with immediate start. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Sweden.
